If your device has the Event Store service configured, you can monitor its current status and historical usage from the "Configuration" tab.
Open a device in Deployment Manager and click the "Configuration" tab. The Event Store card displays a two-column layout: configuration settings on the left and live status on the right.
Current Status
The right side of the Event Store card shows real-time metrics sourced from the device:
- Records, storage used, and image count
- Backed-up and pending record counts (when cloud backup is enabled)
- A warning if the store has reached capacity and is blocking new events
- Last cleanup summary
If the device has not reported stats recently (within 30 minutes), a staleness indicator is shown.
Usage History
Below the Event Store card, an expandable "Usage history" section provides historical charts from the device. Expanding this section loads time-series data for:
- Cloud Backup Progress (bytes over time)
- Pending vs. Backed-up Records
You can toggle the time window between 24 hours, 7 days, and 14 days.
Event Store monitoring requires the event-ingestion-service running on your device. If the service is not configured, Event Store status is not shown.
